I am an international organisation professional working in knowledge management and organisational learning. My background is in managing of knowledge using information and communication technologies, and all aspects of organisational development. I have worked at and with a variety of organisations in the international public sector. I am also passionate about business and its social responsibility.

My blog is like a spiderwoman’s web: Issues I talk about are diverse and inspired from the very depths of my heart and mind. Meanwhile, with it I aim to catalyze changes that make our world a better place.

In the context of the increasingly complex world in which we live in today, all people, organisations and systems  are compelled to positively transform. We all have a responsibility towards achieving more sustainable, and just, life on our planet.
